Hi all! My coworker recommended this article after hearing me complain about shoulder pain almost every morning at work. Later that evening I read through https://ways2well.com/blog/how-to-treat-chronic-pain-without-surgery-effectively and ended up spending more time there than expected. What interested me most was that the article discussed several approaches instead of acting like surgery is the only possible solution. The information felt balanced and easy to follow, which made the topic much less stressful for me personally.
