Washington, DC – Representative Mikie Sherrill (D-NJ) today announced she will join Representative Don Bacon (R-NE) as a co-chair of the bipartisan, House Global Positioning System (GPS) Caucus. “GPS technology plays an integral part in nearly every aspect of modern society but is also an essential tool for our country’s national security,” said Sherrill. “As a former helicopter pilot for the U.S. Navy, I know first-hand the importance of accurate, reliable, and resilient GPS technology, and I look forward to working with my colleagues to support this critical technology.”
