Lisa Dyer is the Executive Director of the GPS Innovation Alliance (GPSIA), which promotes GPS, GNSS, and complementary space-based PNT systems, their receivers and devices and champions their vital roles in public safety, critical infrastructure, consumer products, and the global economy.
Lisa has over 25 years of experience as a leader at the intersection of public policy, national security, business and technology, and has served in roles in both the public and private sectors.
She began her career in the U.S. Air Force and later became a civil servant at the U.S. Department of State, where she gained extensive experience in space and technology policy. She subsequently built on that experience in San Francisco's tech industry, working at a nonprofit promoting responsible AI and a classic Silicon Valley startup, where she honed her fundraising skills, resolved supply chain issues, and drove growth marketing for an agile team with strong product-market fit.
Lisa received her M.A. in Business Management from Antioch University and a B.S. in Political Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
