WASHINGTON, Jan. 21, 2021 – The GPS Innovation Alliance (GPSIA) executive director J. David Grossman issued the following statement on President Biden designating FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel as Acting Chairwoman of the Federal Communications Commission:
